That's just a couple of instances from our week. ![]() And when one of our card keys stopped working, they took care of it in the NL. I know there was a cocktail party for suite guests in the Neptune, on the last night of the cruise and one in the Crow's Nest (although that could have been a Mariner related). I was impressed as I found out tables for 2 go pretty quickly. Two days later, while in the NL sneaking yet another cappuchino and munchies, Fretzel approached me and said she took the liberty of making some more reservations (she was there with Joel and knew our dining time preference) for open dining and Chef's Dinner. No problem as we said we would try later. ![]() He said that he couldn't make the other nights reservations because they had not opened the reservations for those days yet. Joel arranged our dinner reservations for the first night (open seating) and for 2 Pinnacle Grill nights. I can tell you that they were both great and were calling us by name by the second visit to the NL. Was on the Oosterdam - Mexican Riviera and our concierges were Joel and Fretzel. There was a huge selection of sliced fruits in the om bananas (in a sweet liquid), to kiwi, papaya, mixed diced fruits, watermelon and more that I can't remember at this point.ĭuring these hours I saw the following: Sliced cheeses, egg salad on mini-bagels, shaved cucumber on mini-bagel, tuna salad on mini-bagels, desserts (a wide variety), cookies, white and dark chocolate candies, fresh whole fruits, marble and plain pound cake, sliced beef roll ups, tomatoes with mozzarella cheese, and many, many more items. (Fruit, croissants, Danish pastries, cinnamon rolls, toast (there's a toaster), OJ, Cranberry Juice, Cappuccino, iced tea, ice water) I am sure there were more things, but I just don't remember. The Neptune Lounge (info from Marco Van Belleghem - Hotel Manager) Here's the hours that the NL was open on our Noordam cruise (we just got off the ship last week). They will take care of any paperwork you have to turn in.cash travelers checks, make change, anything you can think of pretty much.they will take care of it for you. There are two concierges in the NL and most of the time both will be there, but there will always be one of them there. They also have juices, tea, water & coffee (I think Cappuccino, but I don't drink coffee, so I didn't pay attention). The rest of the time, they have different food items depending on the time of day. The first night of our cruise we had a welcome reception in the NL and drinks and snack were provided for that. Here's some photos from the Neptune Lounge on the Noordam. Is it similar to the Concierge Lounge on RCCL? Do they have a complimentary cocktail hour? Thank you. Can someone please explain what is included in the Neptune Lounge. I see one of the perks of sailing in a suite is the Neptune Lounge. ![]()
